Protect Yourself From Diseases #6

Disease are most common in poor undustrialized countries and because of lack funds, disease are inevitable for experiment and treatments. But since I live in the U.S, many diseases are shared by drug usage and sexually transmitted intercourse. For me I feel that my protection might slighly be different from others. For instance I can make sure I have all my shots and vaccines that will protect me from such disease like hepititus. I should not so drugs at all, or anything involving needles. I should also pay more close attention to the exchanges of fluid in intercourse or anything. Checking in with the doctor for any new vaccines is also a good way to protect myself. Basically I would say that any individual must be aware of themselves when it comes to infectious diseases. Make sure you are on the look out of others around you.

Such normal symptoms are high fever, asthma, and food allergies. The problem has to come within a disorder in the body where it is weak. Most of it has to do with the issue of genetics.

Blog 3 Mechanisms That Control Breathing

One major mechanism of breathing is Ventilation. The two are inhalation and exhalation whiach are controlled by the nervous system and respiratory muscles. In inhalation the air moves in causing the lungs and ribcage to expand. By doing this, the diaphram contracts downward because of inhalation. The mechanism of exhalation is Diaphram relaxes upward, the lungs and ribcage compress, and eventually the air is let our through the mouth. I would say that the lungs, oxygen and air ventilation are the major keys when it comes to controlling any humans breathing.

What Scares Me About the Plague Video Blog 4

The Plauge video that I saw in class was a very interesting video. Mainly what got me was how bacteria becomes resistant to certain antibiotics over time. Eventually, many of the antibiotics that are used to protect ourselves from diseases do not work anymore. This means that bacteria has evolutionized and have become stronger to resist the antibiotics. Yet at the same time, the video made me apprehensive because the video is stressing how antibodies are not working anymore. It makes mw wonder about my health issues as for everyone else.

Facinates and Confusion of Cardiovascular System Blog 2

First of all the cardiovascular system should facinate every human being. What I find amazing is how so many organs and different body parts work together and do lots of work just to keep your heart breathing. A heart beat seems so simple because we are living daily and breathing is easy. Then when the entire process is explained to me, there is a buzz as to how crazy the system works. What i find confusing is probably learning why things like the ventricles, veins, and vessels do what they do which is always the confusing part to me when it comes to the human body.

Blog About Health Project Blog 1 Semester 2

My health project was going ok until I discovered that lifting wieght was affecting my performance in basbeall negatively. At basbeall practice, I throw about 200 baseballs a day, so the lifting made my arms sore and I was not able to throw a basbeall with extra pop or accuracy as before. So that really ruined my health project because I had to stop the lifting portion of my diet, but the gaining wieght goal is pretty good because I have at least gained two pounds which raises me from 142; to 144. If anything I have gained more muscle from my forearms than any other part of my body.
